A building from the early 1900s,
Farini overlooks 300,000 sqm of greenery

This building from the early 1900s is a six-story residential palazzo overlooking 300,000 sqm of parkland. It is located in a strategic position within the city of Milan, an area undergoing redevelopment through the urban regeneration project of the Farini and San Cristoforo railway yards.
The project envisions a livable and enjoyable "green island"—a woodland capable of cooling the warm winds from the southwest and filtering toxic particles from the air. The plan also includes areas with services and spaces for citizens and children. The heart of the park will host the new headquarters of the Brera Academy and a university campus. Furthermore, thanks to two bridges crossing the railway tracks, the Bovisa district will be connected to Porta Nuova, while a cycle path will link Bovisa to Porta Venezia.
A revitalized district,
buzzing with culture

All apartments are elegantly renovated. Every unit features a balcony, and those overlooking Viale Calabria enjoy views of the magnificent Farini Park, which is currently undergoing redevelopment.
The sixth-floor apartments include private access to the rooftop terrace, and all residents have access to a large communal area featuring a gym and a spa.
